1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Stella Killfeed, the Stella Owner Dashboard, the Stella website, and related tools,
features, commands, and integrations connected to DayZ communities.
It applies whether you interact with Stella through Discord, the dashboard, or the website.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on which features are used, Stella may collect or process information such as:
- Discord user IDs, usernames, display names, server IDs, role IDs, channel IDs, and permission-related data.
- Nitrado server IDs, configuration references, and tokens or credentials provided for server management features.
- Gameplay-related information such as kills, deaths, connections, disconnections, positions, logs, zones, events, factions, shop actions, and economy data.
- Dashboard access data, audit-style activity, settings, configuration changes, and permission assignments.
- Website session and technical data needed to keep dashboard access working and secure.
3. Discord Data
When Stella is invited to a Discord server or used through Discord OAuth, Stella may access and process the Discord data
reasonably needed to operate features.
- Server IDs, channel IDs, and role IDs for feature setup and permissions.
- User IDs, usernames, or display names for command responses, dashboards, moderation actions, or linked data.
- Discord login information needed to authenticate dashboard access through Discord OAuth.
Stella does not need your Discord password. Authentication is handled through Discord’s own login flow.
4. Nitrado & Server Data
Some Stella features require Nitrado integration or related server access in order to provide scheduling,
file management, monitoring, restarts, status reporting, or other automation.
- Nitrado server IDs and related metadata.
- Tokens or access credentials you choose to provide for supported features.
- Server file references, restart scheduling details, and automation-linked configuration data.
You are responsible for only providing credentials you are authorized to use.
5. Gameplay, Logs & Dashboard Data
Stella may process gameplay and operational data in order to power killfeed features, player stats, live maps,
economy systems, shop systems, faction systems, moderation systems, scheduler actions, and dashboard tools.
- Kill, death, hit, connection, and event logs.
- Player-linked gamertags, IDs, positions, and timeline data where supported by the service.
- Faction, bounty, economy, and shop activity tied to your configured server systems.
- Dashboard configuration changes, permission grants, payment-related logs, and audit-style actions.
Because Stella includes moderation, automation, and live operational tools, some data may reflect player actions, server actions,
and owner or admin configuration decisions over time.
6. How We Use Information
Stella may use information to:
- Provide killfeed, stats, dashboard, map, zone, bounty, faction, economy, shop, and moderation features.
- Authenticate dashboard access and manage permissions.
- Perform scheduled tasks, file actions, restarts, and server automation.
- Improve reliability, debugging, feature quality, and security.
- Investigate abuse, misuse, outages, fraud, or unauthorized access attempts.
7. Data Sharing
Stella does not sell your data. Information may be shared only in limited circumstances such as:
- With service providers or infrastructure providers needed to operate Stella.
- When required by law, legal process, or valid governmental request.
- When necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, security issues, or Terms violations.
- When you intentionally expose information through public Discord feeds, leaderboards, public dashboards, or configured community features.
8. Data Retention
Stella may retain data for as long as reasonably needed to operate features, maintain continuity for your communities,
debug issues, keep logs consistent, or comply with legal obligations.
- Some data may remain while your server remains connected or while features actively depend on that data.
- Some logs, stats, or dashboard history may remain until removed, reset, wiped, or no longer needed operationally.
- Retention may vary by feature and by future dashboard controls or cleanup tools.
9. Security
Stella uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures designed to protect data and access.
However, no service can guarantee absolute security.
- Dashboard access should be controlled carefully by owners and trusted staff.
- You should remove access for staff who no longer need it.
- You should protect your Discord account, browser session, and any Nitrado credentials you provide.
10. Website Sessions, Cookies & Access Logs
The Stella website and dashboard may use session storage, cookies, or similar browser mechanisms to keep you logged in,
maintain sessions, improve user experience, and support security.
- Session identifiers or authentication tokens.
- Basic technical logs such as IP-related access information, browser details, timestamps, or request logs.
- Security-related logs for login attempts, dashboard access, and suspicious activity review.
11. Your Choices & Rights
Depending on your role and applicable law, you may be able to:
- Disconnect Stella from your server or remove the bot.
- Stop using the dashboard or revoke Discord-based access.
- Request removal of certain data where reasonable and technically possible.
- Manage staff dashboard permissions through available permission tools.
- Wipe or reset some categories of gameplay or user-related data through supported bot commands or dashboard tools.
Some data may need to be kept where required for operational integrity, security, dispute handling, or legal reasons.
13. Third-Party Services
Stella may rely on third-party services including Discord, Nitrado, hosting providers, map providers, analytics tools,
and related infrastructure.
- Those third parties have their own privacy practices and terms.
- We are not responsible for third-party platform behavior outside Stella’s control.
- Your use of those third parties remains subject to their own policies.
14. Policy Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect feature changes, dashboard changes, legal needs, or security improvements.

- Your continued use of Stella after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
